**Emerging Travel Group (ETG) **is looking to hire an Additional Services Specialist who will help our clients to add additional services to their bookings in a more effective way.
Job Responsibilities
- helping clients and partners to handle requests to add additional services, cancel or change bookings;
- communication with hotels and suppliers;
- recording information in the CRM system about work done.
Key Qualifications
- knowledge of English on at least Upper Intermediate level: are capable of speaking on the phone in English, can write in business English;
- ability to learn quickly and be results-focused and stress-resistant;
- multi-tasking skills;
- possession of a strong sense of empathy;
- responsibility and carefulness.
