As an Entry-level Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for assisting in different parts of the process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to kickstart their career in talent acquisition and HR. No previous experience is required.
What You Will Do:
- Support in the execution of the talent acquisition strategy for the company’s openings.
- Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings.
- Work with the Recruiting area to identify candidates for the different openings.
- Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition team.
